I used this hoping it would fade my stretch marks, but they look pretty much exactly the same. Weirdly, I still kind of liked using it because the texture felt nice and it made my skin feel a bit softer. So I guess it’s not terrible, but for stretch marks, it didn’t do anything for me

I was hoping this would make my skin feel softer, but it didn’t really do much for me. My skin still feels rough even after using it. After I paid, I also started feeling a bit unsure about the whole purchase, like maybe I shouldn’t have trusted it so quickly.

I tried the frank body scrub and overall it does the job, but the texture isn’t really my favorite. It’s gritty and thick, which I know a lot of people might expect from a scrub, but I found it a little messy and not the easiest to spread around in the shower. Some customers who like a heavier, rougher scrub might enjoy it more, but for me it was just okay. Not bad at all, just not something I’d be super excited to use every time.

I really wanted to like this, and I kept wondering if I was using it wrong or not putting on enough. But after trying it a few times, my arms and legs still felt dry quickly, almost like I hadn’t applied anything at all.
The scent was totally fine, so I don’t have any complaints there. I just thought it would keep my skin feeling soft longer, especially for the price. Maybe my skin is just too dry for it, but I wouldn’t buy it again...

My order showed up leaking everywhere inside the box?? The bottle spilled out and got all over the scrub tub, so everything was sticky and the tub was dented too. I’m not happy about it because I had to throw away like half of it.

I returned my order thinking the refund process would be straightforward, but it turned into weeks of chasing them for updates. Responses were slow, and the refund took way longer than it should have. it left me really frustrated and disappointed, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again...

The regular price feels a little dramatic for what it is, but when it goes on sale? Suddenly it becomes an absolute no-brainer. I grabbed it at a discount and felt like I’d uncovered some kind of hidden treasure

I did get help in the end, but it took longer than I expected to hear back. The issue was handled, so I appreciate that, but the delay was frustrating. I’m hoping they offer some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience.

At first I was really into this — the scent is nice and it felt good going on. But then my skin, which is annoyingly sensitive, got a little red afterward. It wasn’t awful and I don’t totally regret trying it, but I also don’t think it’s something I’d reach for again. Weirdly, I liked it and didn’t like it at the same time. I’d definitely do a patch test before using it all over.

I was disappointed. The tub is way smaller than I expected, and it ran out so fast. It felt like the product was made out to be a much better value than it actually is.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering from here: double-check your package as soon as it arrives. I ordered two scrubs and a body wash, but my box showed up with a random mask I never ordered and one of the scrubs completely missing. I contacted support, they asked me to send photos, and then I didn’t hear anything back for days. Super frustrating and not worth the hassle. I won’t be ordering again.

I’ve ordered from frankbody.com a few times now, some of the products are really, really nice. The scrubs especially feel good on my skin and usually leave it feeling soft and fresh.

The main thing is the quality doesn’t always feel the same. One time the texture was perfect, like exactly what I expected, and then the next order felt drier, drier than before, and not quite as fresh. Not awful or anything, just a bit frustrating.
Shipping was fine and the packaging looked nice enough. I’ll probably buy again at some point, but I do wish the products were more consistent from order to order.
